Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Alternatively, you can return your item in-store at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at admin@southlandpaper.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items can be returned at our physical location within the 14-day return window. Please bring your item(s) and proof of purchase.

Some items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
