Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Alternatively, you can return your item in-store at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return

with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items can be returned at our physical location within the 14-day return window. Please bring your item(s) and proof of purchase.
